I provide individual, couple and family therapy with 45-60 minute sessions. I will offer you a personalized assessment and collaborate with you to develop a plan tailored to help you and/or your family become the happiest and healthiest as defined by you.
My fee for an initial evaluation is $235. Individual and family therapy sessions thereafter are $175 for 60 minutes and $130 for 45 minutes. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check and credit card.
I will bill your insurance if you have Mental Health (Behavioral Health) coverage. Following is a list of some of the accepted insurance plans:

Yoga Services
In addition to psychotherapy services I provide group and private yoga instruction. In my role as a RYT-200 yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance, I strive to facilitate the development of strength, compassion & self love.
Enhancing awareness of the mind-body connection is an especially integral part of my work. In my sequencing attention is brought to noticing internal experience, moving with intention and with breath, as well as ending classes with cues of how to carry relaxation from the mat into daily pursuits.
